Drop by Cedarbrae Community Centre in the Parkview room on Monday, February 14th between 12:15 pm - 1:00 pm and visit our Health & Fitness Expert to get your FREE:
- Blood Pressure Status
- Oxygen Saturation Levels
- Heart Rate Status
- Fitness Advice
- LIVE WELL Fitness Pass!
COVID-19 precautions will be implemented per Alberta's Chief Medical Officer's recommendations:
- Wearing a mask is mandatory when not eating or drinking.
- Please do not attend if you have a fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose, or shortness of breath or you are a close contact of a person who tested positive for COVID-19
