Based on the Golden Girls Model. Dorothy, a realtor, launched this program 2 1/2 years ago. She will outline all the benefits i.e. financial/social/maintenance/health plus the legal aspects of co-sharing. Dorothy has a power point presentation. Allow 25 mins for questions/answers.Â
