About the event

Anxiety is high right now for everyone. Join Dianna as she discusses anxiety and ways to help you help yourself.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is an acupressure tapping technique using both Psychology and Acupuncture together. Dianna has taught this technique to many clients who now use it whenever they feel their anxiety is getting out of hand.

Dianna Campbell-Smith is a Registered Psychologist who specializes in counselling, coaching and clinical hypnosis. Join her as she teaches you how to use EFT to manage your stress and anxiety.
