About the event

This class is focused on development of inner energy; first working on sensitivity, slowness, visualization, mindfulness, coordination and breath. For example, we will start with a simple wrist circle, continue to elbow and shoulder and finally coorindate it with the sensation of expanding, contracting, sinking and rising - all in one single circle. This is extremely useful for any tai chi practitioner but also amazing for personal development of any kind. You will feel such body awareness you might be surprised, it will also improve your ability to concentrate.

Join Jane Sponiar from Living Tai Chi for a virtual class, every Wednesday 11:00 a.m. - 12 noon starting September 16 though October 21, 2020. Please contact Jane at Living Tai Chi to register. Note, this class is $90 for the series.
