About the event
Join us for walks on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 1:00 p.m. We will meet at the Oakridge Community Centre parking lot.
Walking is one of the healthiest and safest outdoor activities available. It also allows an opportunity to create social connections by walking with others.The Oakridge walking group is open to anyone to join on a drop-in basis. Please note this is a self-guided activity with no first aid available. Walkers participate at their own risk and OSA assumes no responsibility.
COVID-19 precautions will be implemented per Alberta's Chief Medical Officer's recommendations:
- Only 5 people per group.
- Please wear a face mask in places where keeping at least a minimum of 2 metres from others is difficult
- Please do not attend if you have a fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose, or shortness of breath or you are a close contact of a person who tested positive for COVID-19
Please note: we no longer request guests to register for this event.
