Tai Chi (Beginners) - Virtual

Tai Chi (Beginners) with Jane Sponiar. Classes focus on basic principles and learning short sequences of Tai Chi. Every class will introduce a new move; legs, arms, other details and coordination. Participants will be able to practice a short sequence of movements. Great for improving memory!

About the event

This class is focused on basic principles and learning short sequence of Tai Chi. Every class will introduce a new move: legs, arms and all the other details and coordination. Over time participants will be able to practice a short sequence of movements on their own. Great for improving memory!

Join Jane Sponiar from Living Tai Chi for a virtual class, every Monday 11:00 a.m. - 12 noon starting September 14 though October 26, 2020. Please contact Jane at Living Tai Chi to register. Note, this class is $90 for the series.
