Want to improve your exercise routine? Pole Walking is easy to learn - burns more calories than regular walking - helps off-load weight from hips and knees (walk further) - adds a workout to your arms, shoulders and core - and offers many other benefits!
Sign up for this small group session to learn proper techniques with Sharon, a certified instructor! Learn how to use intervals to increase intensity, how to navigate hills, and use poles as part of your strengthening, stretching and balance routines!
Equipment: Bring your own poles, hat, sunscreen, and water bottle.
