SW 55+ Connect Society Release, Indemnity and Hold Harmless Agreement - Waiver

In exchange for my participation in activities or events provided or organized by the SW 55+ Connect Society of Calgary, Alberta, I agree to the following:

• I release, indemnify and hold harmless SW 55+ Connect Society from all manner of actions, causes of actions of any nature and kind, costs, claims, demands known or unknown, lawsuits, damages and judgements, including attorney fees by reason of any injury to my person, including illness or death, or loss or damage to my property, which has been sustained, directly or indirectly, as a consequence of my participation in any activity or event provided or organized by or on behalf of SW 55+ Connect Society.

• I agree that this release, indemnity and hold harmless shall be binding upon my spouse, heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors and assigns.

• I agree that this release, indemnity and hold harmless shall include SW 55+ Connect Society, its members, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, volunteers, contractors, agents and successors.

• I have carefully read and fully understand all the provisions of this ‘Release, Indemnity and Hold Harmless Agreement’ and am freely, knowingly, and voluntarily entering into this Agreement.
